The conversation of diversity in the advertising industry is as old as The Gap, the moon landing, and Sesame Street, all of which are over fifty years old. So yes, a long time. Talent has been a revolving topic around many initiatives, programs, conferences, and water coolers for the same amount of time. In a virtual world we need virtual solutions to get entry level talent past the job boards into the interview chair and eventually landing a role.

Keni and Rebecca are two thirds of an advertising talent tricycle along with Ericka Riggs from the Ad Club New York formed to develop and prepare young BIPOC advertising talent for the challenge that comes with entering the diversity deficient industry.
