Rebecca Rivera is an ad pro turned ad prof who makes ideas and change happen. As an award-winning writer and Creative Director, she had a front-row seat to the obstacles that keep agencies and brands from recruiting and retaining the talent that represents the very people being marketed to. She is the former CCO of 3 percent, and the founder of Save The Internships NY which is helping reinvent the entry-level talent pipeline. Rebecca currently teaches at The City College of New York and New York City College of Technology. Her goal: help talented, diverse students become undeniably business ready.
