Bridgid is the ADC Awards Manager at the One Club for Creativity where she manages the ADC Annual Awards, the oldest continuously running industry award show that celebrates craft in design and advertising, and Young Guns, a portfolio competition that recognizes creative professionals 30 years of age or under.

Through the One Club for Creativity Bridgid also runs Saturday Art Career Workshops for high school students in New York City. These are free weekend workshops in which students are invited to learn from professional designers and artists who share their expertise and career experiences.
