Chad Fain, pka C. Diddy, is an entertainment impresario and media mainstay in the Philadelphia market and Mid Atlantic region. For close to 20 years he has consistently been the braintrust behind innumerable companies, events and brand integrations in the city of Philadelphia. Over the years his contributions to Philadelphia culture span radio, music production, digital media, nightlife, publishing, concert promotion and most notably introducing much of Philadelphia to podcasts.
In summer 2016, The Realest Podcast Ever was born and by January of 2017 their first shows had aired. Chad Fain & Matt Cain came together and made magic. What The Realest Podcast Ever(abbreviated to TRPE) came to represent was a shift in the podcast landscape as it solely relied upon honest reporting and expressions from everyday people. TRPE took the industry by storm with their raw, unfiltered takes and tear inducing comedy. The pod duo of Chad & Matt, have gone on to become the first podcast ever to grace the Roots Picnic podcast stage, be honored by Hennessy for excellence in the industry, reach millions of listeners worldwide and even produce an independent tour to sold out success.
The lessons learned by Chad along all his different stages of life have prepared him for his destiny as a future media mogul. In the 6+ years of TRPE, Chad has successfully consulted with dozens of podcasters and aided them in the areas of research and development, show production, securing guests, monetization strategies, live show execution and more. All this, while maintaining the intended integrity of the TRPE brand and also soaring to new heights of the show in terms of interest, audience participation and viewership. All of which has led to a major partnership with Revolt Podcast Network that will be kicking off fall of 2023.
