Aaron is a Blerd, social media enthusiast, sneakerhead, and lover of all things DEI.

He was first exposed to the marketing industry via the 4A's MAIP program, and since then he has worked across several verticals including retail, finance, gaming, and tech. Aaron takes pride in fusing cultural nuance and strategic thinking to build impactful, inspirational brand campaigns. In addition to his role as an Associate Strategy Director, he uses his personal platforms to cover topics such as building a personal brand, creative strategy, and DEI as a long-term business initiative.

In 2022, Aaron founded Black Visionaries, a non-profit 501(c)(3) with the mission to democratize access to resources and community for Black professionals. The organization curates virtual and in-person experiences for their community, including the yearly event The Black Visionaries Brunch. He is also the co-chair of the ADCOLOR Advisory Board, where he oversees the ADCOLOR FUTURES program, a competitive program geared towards amplifying the next generation of industry leaders across creative industries.

Aaron’s love of community has translated into distinctive honors such as 2021 AdAge Diversity Champion of The Year Finalist, MAIPer to Watch, the inaugural 4A’s x McCann Worldgroup Billy Davis Award & Mr.ADCOLOR 2022.
