Brandon McEachern is a multidimensional and pioneering figure in entertainment, culture, and community impact. He wears multiple hats, serving as the founder and CEO of the Broccoli City Festival and Think Broccoli LLC while also holding the position of Director of Culture for Live Nation Urban.

Since founding the Broccoli City Festival in 2013, McEachern's leadership has led to significant annual growth surrounding the event. He's worked to curate a variety of spaces as an extension of the festival to "mobilize black culture for good," including the BC 5k Run & Fitness, Broccoli Conference, BC Art & Music All Night, and the main event Broccoli City festival, held in our Nation's Capital.

Alongside the festival, McEachern's team actively promotes community service through their mobile app, "WeChip'N." This tech platform incentivizes and rewards young consumers for engaging in positive actions and community service, facilitating over 60,000 hours of community service. In addition, he has also been involved in numerous projects addressing food deserts in urban communities from coast to coast, striving to improve access to fresh, local produce and promote health equity in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles.

In 2022, McEachern was invited to be the commencement speaker for the fall 2022 graduates of North Carolina Central University (NCCU), his alma mater. In 2021, he was honored as a "Community Builder" in the 2021 EBONY Power 100.

Brandon has left his creative mark on various events, such as the Juneteenth Celebration on CNN, Roots Picnic, and Mary J. Blige's Strength of a Woman Festival, enriching these occasions with his innovative input. He also serves as an advisor for the Black Employer Group (BE) at Live Nation and is currently working on producing a documentary through his media company, "Sanctuary Deliverance."

Brandon's influence extends beyond entertainment; his dedication to social impact and community engagement makes him a multifaceted and influential figure in the cultural and entertainment landscape, leaving a lasting impression on artists and communities alike.
