Pereira O’Dell is an independent creative advertising agency with offices in San Francisco and New York. We are proudly US-based but offer global reach in partnership with Serviceplan Group.
Our founders, PJ Pereira & Andrew O’Dell, joined forces and opened Pereira O’Dell in 2008. That entrepreneurial spirit has remained true over the years and we believe that great ideas can come from anywhere. Our process is all about understanding our client’s brand and their consumer base and solving problems with unexpected creative solutions solutions.
At Pereira O’Dell, we know that diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential in the creation of a successful agency. An agency that offers a positive experience for our employees, allows for unique ideas that clients crave, and pushes the industry forward by rejecting tired norms. This work is ongoing and never-ending;however, we are committed to challenging ourselves in the following three areas: 1. Changing the behavior of our agency to be a diverse, equitable, and inclusive place to work. 2. Creating work that is positive, progressive, and leads to change and 3. Using our voice as an industry leaders to influence those outside our organization.
