In 2020, Allies In Recruiting was born out of a commitment to create a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable industry. A collective of talent professionals united by shared goals: to combine knowledge, create resources, and empower one another to rebuild an industry that is more conscious of its biases as well as intention around belonging.
Allies in Recruiting is a collective of advertising, marketing, and tech recruiters. We believe in the sharing of knowledge and expertise to create representation and belonging across our industries. We are achieving our goals through continual DEIC education of our members, companies, and clients - through shared resources, tools, best practices, and support programs. We have taken the initiative to focus on the education of students, by introducing the creative industry as a future career option. Together, we are truly changing the face of the creative industry.

With over 100+ Allies strong and growing we see it as our responsibility to scale this initiative far and wide and in 2022 we joined forces with The One Club. This union allows all allies an opportunity to share their knowledge and resources across the industry and beyond.
