Tope Ajala is a proven Operations and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader, with 10 years’ experience in marketing, strategic planning, and change management.

Tope currently serves as Worldwide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead at Ogilvy within the People Team - responsible for driving inclusion strategy partnerships, narrative, and insights.

In her previous role at WPP Tope developed programs that accelerate progress and integrate diversity and inclusion across a business that improve the employee experience; but also enhance innovation and drive business results; including WPPs first-ever Belonging Training, Safe Room Conversations, and Leadership Program for ethnic groups.

Previously, Tope served in a variety of project management and operations marketing roles supporting existing clients like Unilever, T-Mobile, Google and WPP’s new business efforts.

Prior to WPP, Tope worked at UBS developing people analytics capabilities across the business; and is passionate for revolutionizing the way businesses support inclusion efforts around the world and advancing academic and professional opportunities for Black women and minorities groups.

Tope serves as a co-founder for Levelset - a nonprofit connecting high potential individuals in Tech & STEM from underserved communities with mentors from similar fields with the aim to advance and empower the black community with resources.

In her spare time, Tope enjoys travelling, Tennis, reading and yoga.
