Chrissy is the benefactor of education and professional experience that is both unexpected and makes complete sense. This is one of many motivators in her commitment to helping people develop professionally and figure out “what they want to be when they grow up”. Because, let’s face it, that’s a tough question to answer.

She currently calls Northside Richmond, VA home with her husband and two children. A life-long Richmonder, she graduated from VCU School of the Arts with a BFA in Filmmaking and a Minor in Writing. She worked her way through school with BB&T’s Retail Bank branch system making appearances at all 50 locations over her tenure with the company. She then, perhaps by accident (we’ll call it fate), made the move into staffing and recruitment. She kicked off this career by building out a creative staffing business for her agency employer (read: finding her art school friends jobs, while thoroughly impressing her clients). She then took these new skills to both SunTrust Bank and the University of Richmond where she hired, promoted, and developed thousands of people over the years. Most recently, she found the perfect opportunity to meld her creative pursuits and her interest in talent Identification, development, and equity with Capital One.
